SPRING INTO THE NEW CRACKERS MENU!

Chefs Patrick and Felix have outdone themselves this spring, curating a menu that sings with the flavours of the season.

Indulge in the freshest Asparagus from Beelitz, draped in a silky miso hollandaise, or savour the sweetness of our rhubarb dessert. The creamy burrata with wild garlic sauce and herbs is a revelation, as is the fresh salad from Farmer Peter’s bounty. From the refreshing Chicorée with basil to the robust flavours of lamb with cucumber, mint yogurt, and spices, every dish is a celebration of spring. Seafood lovers will rejoice over our seabass with gochujang sauce and mussels.

Accompanying these gastronomic delights, our Italian bar wizards Leo and Fabio introduce the ELECTRIC NIGHT’S DREAM cocktail list, featuring gems like the Electric Dream Rhubarb Spritz, the creamy whisky milk punch Birds of Paradise, and the zesty Springbreaker basil margarita, among others.
