For over thirty years, we’ve been renowned for our iconic Cookies club and extravagant parties. From opening Cookies Cream, Germany’s first Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant, to transforming the legendary nightclub into CRACKERS—a chic restaurant offering high-quality cuisine in stylish interiors—we continuously push boundaries in international events, gastronomy, and catering.
CRACKERS is more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience. Since 2014 it has been an urban combination of bar and restaurant that reflects the pulse of the city. Between graceful cocktails and delectable wines is our outstanding culinary offering with seasonal and upscale comfort food. Crackers boasts an ingredient-focused cuisine with an international flair, emphasizing freshness and thoughtfully sourced natural ingredients.
AS BARTENDER YOU’LL…
- Prepare all drinks on our menu, from classic cocktails to our own creations
- Create new cocktail recipes
- Prepare and organise the bar mise-en-place and batches
- Monitor and coordinate orders, stock levels, and deliveries
- Ensure a memorable experience for our guests throughout the evening
WHAT YOU BRING…
- At least 1 year of experience behind the bar
- Have a passion for creating cocktails and alcohol-free beverages
- A high level of responsibility and initiative
- A precise, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Availability to work 2 shifts per week during opening hours, including weekends and holidays

Are you interested in a career in the restaurant industry? We are looking for motivated service apprentices to join our restaurant team! With us, you will learn everything you need for a successful career in the hospitality industry – from service and guest relations to special events and unique experiences.

- A structured, three-year apprenticeship in restaurant and hospitality management.
- Hands-on experience across all areas of a high-end restaurant — service, guest relations, events, and more.

- German at C1 level or above.

About CRACKERS
CRACKERS is more than just a restaurant, it’s an experience.
The entrance of the former Cookies Club, leads through a black iron door, into a long hallway, until you stand unaware in the kitchen of the restaurant. Waved through by the cooks, you reach a large room, CRACKERS. Once there, it’s a place where guests meet for dinner, lose track of time and space, and are happy to stay until the wee hours of the morning. Just like they did back in the day at the club.
The kitchen offers a refreshing selection of vegan and vegetarian, as well as meat and fish dishes for every taste. The bar invites you to enjoy fantastic cocktails, while Berlin’s favorite DJs create an entertaining and relaxed atmosphere – This way CRACKERS keeps the soul of the former club, yet creates a whole new experience. For the last twenty years we have been known for the club Cookies and our extravagant parties. From opening Cookies Cream, the first Michelin star vegetarian restaurant in Germany to turning the former hip nightclub into what is now the sexy Crackers restaurant – offering a delicious high quality menu and well designed interiors. We jumped into the digital world with Cookies Show, while delivering the best of our kitchens to your doorstep. We are continuously creating innovative forms of international high class events, gastronomy and catering.
