AS SOUS CHEF YOU’LL BE…
- Overseeing operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Writing duty rosters and managing staff schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.
- Assisting with stock control and ordering to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Optimizing production and storage processes for efficiency.
- Hiring and training new employees to maintain a strong team and high standards.
- Leading the team to deliver top-quality standards consistently on every shift.
- Reporting regularly to management on kitchen performance, staffing, operations, and areas for improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING…
- Have a passion for hospitality (if you know, you know!)
- 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Be a role model in delivering food quality and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a good communicator, so that the shift runs like clockwork.

Do you love bringing people together, creating memorable experiences and turning ideas into reality?
We’re looking for an Event Manager to help plan and deliver events across Cookies Cream and Crackers. From intimate dinners and company celebrations to large-scale private events, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients and the person making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO…
- Advise and support clients from the first enquiry through to the event itself
- Present and sell our event concepts and venues
- Prepare proposals and coordinate all event details
- Work closely with our kitchen, service, bar and management teams
- Create event briefs, function sheets and timelines
- Brief the teams before each event
- Be on-site when needed and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Help create memorable experiences for our guests
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…
- Experience in event management, hospitality or event sales
- A natural talent for building relationships and understanding what clients need
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A confident and professional approach
- Fluent German and English
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems
- A hands-on attitude and attention to detail

With us, you will learn everything you need for a successful career in the hospitality industry – from service and guest relations to special events and unique experiences.

About CRACKERS
CRACKERS is more than just a restaurant, it’s an experience.
The entrance of the former Cookies Club, leads through a black iron door, into a long hallway, until you stand unaware in the kitchen of the restaurant. Waved through by the cooks, you reach a large room, CRACKERS. Once there, it’s a place where guests meet for dinner, lose track of time and space, and are happy to stay until the wee hours of the morning. Just like they did back in the day at the club.
The kitchen offers a refreshing selection of vegan and vegetarian, as well as meat and fish dishes for every taste. The bar invites you to enjoy fantastic cocktails, while Berlin’s favorite DJs create an entertaining and relaxed atmosphere – This way CRACKERS keeps the soul of the former club, yet creates a whole new experience. From opening Cookies Cream, the first Michelin star vegetarian restaurant in Germany to turning the former hip nightclub into what is now the sexy Crackers restaurant – offering a delicious high quality menu and well designed interiors. We jumped into the digital world with Cookies Show, while delivering the best of our kitchens to your doorstep.
