BEYOND THE DJ BOOTH
If you’ve danced at Crackers, you already know the feeling: Hara knows how to build energy in a room. Not just through music — but through frequency, mood, emotion. She doesn’t just play tracks, she creates a state.
And it makes perfect sense, because beyond being a DJ and long-time Cookies World favourite, Hara has been walking a second path for years — one that goes deep into consciousness, meditation, sacred knowledge, and healing. Today, she’s a dedicated practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®).

Hara’s love for sound started early. Raised by a father who was both a musician and audiophile, she grew up surrounded by psychedelic space rock, avant-garde compositions and electronic music — sounds that shaped her imagination and opened her mind to new dimensions. By 13 she bought her first record, and by 20 she was already DJing in clubs and organising parties in her hometown, Athens. For her, music was never just entertainment — it was always a portal.
Healing entered her life later, but with the same intensity. Around 2010, she began exploring meditation, energy work, ancient spiritual practices and the wider question of what human potential actually is. Then in 2012, she came across the work of renowned hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon — and everything shifted. Hara immersed herself deeply, studying Cannon’s books and lectures for years before deciding to learn the method herself. In 2014, she officially began training in QHHT® — and has been devoted to the practice ever since.
In simple terms, quantum healing is based on the idea that everything is energy — and that shifting your relationship to it can support healing on physical, emotional and mental levels. QHHT® (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) goes a step further through hypnosis, helping people access their Higher Self (or soul) for insight, guidance and deep inner healing — a reminder that the answers are already within you.

A session with Hara unfolds in three parts: a relaxed pre-talk to clarify what you want to explore, a deep hypnosis journey (often including past-life regression and communication with the Higher Self), and a grounding integration afterwards. The full dialogue is recorded, so you can revisit the insights later. Many clients leave with surprising clarity around recurring patterns, fears or blockages — and a fresh perspective on relationships, purpose and direction. At the core of Hara’s work is heart-based living: “The mind thinks. The heart knows.” For her, the heart is where intuition, healing and real change begin.
For anyone curious about quantum healing but unsure where to begin, Hara’s advice is gentle: start with openness. Allow your belief systems to soften. Be curious, playful, vulnerable — because there is so much more to life than what we’re taught to see with our physical senses. And often, the most surprising realisation people leave with is this: you are not your body. Consciousness continues, the answers lie within, and limitations are very often self-created. Anything is possible — we’re usually only restricted by our imagination.
