A NEW CHAPTER IN THE CRACKERS KITCHEN!

There’s a fresh energy in the Crackers kitchen—and it’s all thanks to our new Head Chef, Felix Klawitter.

After five years of co-leading the kitchen alongside Patrick Ziegert, Felix is now stepping into the role solo, and he’s more inspired than ever.

With a love for fermentation, bold herbs, and reimagining comfort dishes, Felix is setting the tone for what’s next at Crackers: flavour-packed food, clever twists, and a deep connection to the seasons.

On the Menu: Spring Dishes That Sing

The new spring menu is a celebration of produce, simplicity, and bold flavour. Don’t miss the Beelitz asparagus with organic egg and chives—a perfect ode to the season. The pikeperch, wild-caught in Brandenburg, is served with bell pepper and jalapeño for just the right amount of kick. Our Farmer Peter’s Salad is back on the table too, crisp and herbaceous with tarragon and cucumber straight from Krielow.

Vegetarians will fall hard for the ricotta gnocchi with wild garlic and salted lemon, or the brioche dumplings stuffed with Taleggio and brightened with tomatoes from last season.

We’ve got some serious fun coming from the bar, too. This season, the Crackers cocktail menu leans into zesty lemonades, vibrant fresh herbs, and that magical balance between bold and breezy. Whether you’re going for a full-proof pour or keeping things alcohol-free, we’ve got something cold, clever, and totally crushable for every mood.
