At Crackers, the bar is part of the evening — not an afterthought.
Come early for a first drink, stay after dinner for one more, or let the cocktails lead the way from the start. With Pablo, Nico and Olena behind the bar, the drinks are sharp, delicious and made with proper skill, good instinct and just the right amount of Crackers attitude.

Over the past months, the team has also been busy beyond the bar.
In July, Crackers travelled south for a pop-up at Brother Louis in Stuttgart, with Anna from the kitchen cooking a special Crackers menu and restaurant manager Oliver behind the bar, creating drinks in collaboration with Selva Negra. Berlin met Marienplatz for one night only — food, cocktails, good people and a little Crackers energy away from home.
Now the story continues in Berlin.
For BCB in October, Brother Louis will be taking over the bar at Crackers, again together with Selva Negra. Expect one-of-a-kind cocktails and a night that brings Stuttgart charm, Black Forest agave spirit and Crackers atmosphere into one room.
There is also plenty happening within our own bar team. We are very proud that Olena is taking part in the Cointreau Margarita Challenge, bringing her own style, ideas and storytelling to the glass.
Her drink, Identity Crisis, plays with the idea of perception and misclassification — taking red bell pepper, usually pushed into the savoury corner, and letting it show a brighter, fruitier side. With hints of cocoa butter-washed tequila, Cointreau and red pepper, it is a Margarita that sits somewhere between familiar and unexpected.
Very Crackers, really.
And then there is the new cocktail menu.
The latest specials move from bright and fresh to savoury, spicy and quietly strange in the best way. There is the Hibiscus Fizz with Italicus, lemon, hibiscus and soda; Gin O’Live with Gin Mare, olive oil, lemon, vanilla and nutmeg; Tommy Cilantro with Rooster Rojo Blanco, lime, cilantro and jalapeño; Not a New York Minute with Selva Negra Reposado, Rey Campero Mezcal, Antica Formula and azuki bean; and the Ruccola Smash with Vogel Frei Gin, lemon and arugula.

Fresh drinks, familiar faces, and a bar team that knows exactly what it is doing.
Come for dinner. Stay for the bar. Still a very good idea.
