CRACKERS TAKES OVER BROTHER LOUIS IN STUTTGART

Crackers is going south for one night only.

On 10 July, Oliver Sarikaya, Restaurant Manager at Crackers, and Anna Israel from the Crackers kitchen are heading to Stuttgart for a one-night-only takeover at Brother Louis Bar.

Brother Louis sits at Marienplatz, inside the Heslacher Schlößle — a bar with French elegance, easy-going charm, carefully mixed drinks, selected wines and the kind of warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes one drink turn into dinner, and dinner turn into “maybe one more.”

Sounds like exactly the right place for a little Crackers mischief.

For the evening, Anna will be cooking a special Crackers menu, served à la carte and exactly as we do it in Berlin. Expect Crackers favourites including beef tartare with bread, fjord trout, alongside vegan options such as crispy polenta, pointed cabbage and rhubarb tartlets

At the bar, Oliver will be creating a special cocktail for the night in collaboration with Selva Negra, combining agave spirit, sake, yuzu and a bright seasonal fruit note made especially for the evening.

Selva Negra is a Black Forest agave spirit made with organic agave extract from Mexico, then fermented, distilled and shaped in Germany. Think agave character with a very German twist: floral, fruity, a little smoky, and with a nod to Black Forest cherry. Not tequila, not mezcal — something of its own.
